So you've brought your new pickleball gear. But what's next? Well, now it's time to start practicing and getting used to the feel of your new equipment. If its a paddle you've purchased it's important to maintain it properly. To do this we recommend cleaning and storing your new paddle in a dry place. We would also recommend a paddle cover or sling bag to avoid unnessary travel injuries.

Does my new paddle come with a Warranty?

Products from The Pickleball Store are provided to offer exceptional performance, cost-effectiveness, and longevity. The longevity of the items will fluctuate based on its usage. The Pickleball Store guarantees your purchase to be free of any manufacture, craftmanship or materials defects that occur during normal play for a duration of sixty days from the time of purchase by the customer (excludes balls). In the event of a defective product, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Any product showing indications of misuse or modification by anyone other than The Pickleball Store will void the warranty.

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours with a 2- 5 working day delivery time throughout most of the UK.

Alternatively if you would prefer a custom paddle, net etc we can provide this but you will need to send your request direct to us via email.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days.  You will either be offered a refund or replacement. Our postage charge does not include a free return service.

Please note that bespoke orders can ONLY be returned if the goods are faulty.
