Selkirk’s MOI Tuning System is an overall design approach that includes a semi-permanent perimeter weighting solution that balances mass distribution with precision-engineered medallion weights on the edge guard. By putting the weight exactly where we want it — shifting mass toward the outer regions of the paddle and increasing the moment of inertia (twist weight) — it stabilizes the paddle during off-center hits. The result is clear: a larger and more forgiving sweet spot to help you get more balls over the net. The balanced weight distribution means your paddle won’t feel too top-heavy or too light — giving you better control and comfort during play.
