What warranty do pickleball accessories come with?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Grips have no warranty, as they are considered consumable items. Bags include a warranty that depends on the brand and manufacturer—some offer 6 months, others up to a year. Protective glasses come with their own individual warranty and after-sales support. If you’re unsure about a specific product, our team can confirm the exact coverage before you buy.

How do I choose the right accessories, such as bags, grips, or eyewear?

Choosing the right accessories depends on how often you play and what you need on court. Lighter, tackier grips are great for extra control or sweat management, while bags vary from simple sling bags to full tournament backpacks with multiple compartments. Eyewear provides protection and visibility for fast rallies. If you need help deciding, our team is always happy to guide you.

Do accessories like grips and weighted tape impact my gameplay?

Yes, accessories can make a noticeable difference to how you play. Grips improve comfort, control, and sweat absorption, helping you maintain a secure hold during long matches. Weighted tape can subtly adjust the balance and overall feel of your paddle, adding stability or power depending on where it’s applied. These small changes can have a big impact on your performance and playing style.

How do I choose the right pickleballs?

Just like paddles, pickleballs can influence your style of play. If you’re just getting started, we recommend lighter balls like the HEAD 26, as they’re easier to control. As you grow more confident, you can move to harder, heavier balls for more speed and a truer bounce. If you need help choosing, we’ve created a helpful video guide, or you can call us directly for personalised advice.

Indoor vs Outdoor Pickleballs

Indoor pickleballs are usually softer with larger holes, which gives you more control and creates a slightly slower pace. They’re ideal for gym floors or indoor courts. Outdoor pickleballs, on the other hand, are harder with smaller holes, making them better suited to handle wind, rougher surfaces, and faster rally speeds. If you regularly play in both environments, we also offer mixed multi-packs so you always have the right ball for any court.
